Stephen, our founder, spent years quietly serving families at the highest level - as a private concierge, tradesman, and estate manager. But it wasn’t until he stepped in to manage a $30M property that the vision became clear: even the most exquisite estates suffer when no one’s truly accountable.
The owner traveled often. And every time he returned, something was off - a leak, a broken gate, a forgotten service. Stephen changed that. He didn’t just patch problems - he prevented them. He created systems, managed vendors, and delivered white-glove service so the owner could walk in and breathe, not fix.
That’s how Trusted was born.

For almost two decades, Stephen has done it all - from electrical work to food management, nonprofit leadership to private concierge and estate care. To him, it’s not so much what he does, but how he does it that matters. Stephen is deeply passionate about serving others and believes the simplest acts of service often leave the greatest impact. He’s brought that same heart to his roles with nonprofits like Funcles and No Paved Road, where he’s helped uplift vulnerable communities through love, consistency, and hands-on support. Today, as part of the Trusted Home Management team, Stephen brings that same servant leadership and quiet excellence to every property he touches.

Alex Knutson

ChIEf Operating Officer

With 15+ years leading large teams and scaling businesses - including a $150M restructuring at a Fortune 1000 company and a $100M startup exit - Alex brings operational precision to luxury estate care. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE: 01860265), he understands the true value of high-end properties. At Trusted Home Management, he combines executive leadership with real estate expertise to deliver seamless, proactive service for discerning homeowners.When Alex isn’t serving clients, you’ll find him with his wife and four kids - soaking up sunshine at the beach, skating at the local park, hanging with RadDads, or off-grid camping somewhere wild.

Drea is the steady force behind the scenes at Trusted Home Management, with over a decade of experience in operations, logistics, and team coordination. She brings clarity, care, and structure to everything she touches - whether refining internal systems, managing the day-to-day flow of communication, or supporting our team in the field. Her calm presence and solutions-first mindset help align people, processes, and priorities across the organization.
